Hello Jet-setters! I’m lucky enough to have homes in both Aspen and Palm Springs! I spent some time in each city this past month so if you’re looking for the perfect get-away this is your guide.

ASPEN
In my opinion, Aspen is a great place for singles!!! Couples can come and play too, but I was there over V-Day and chose to make it a single’s trip, so here is what I did and recommend.

EAT: Matsuhisa (Nobu’s sushi restaurant), or Elevation PLAY/Shop: The Caribou Club – it is members only and they do a great dinner, plus ladies it is a total meat market-yum!!! If you can’t get in there or want something more low-key try Eric’s.

Erica: As you know I am a big fan of your line and think your purses and clutches are fabulous!  So how did you start designing hand-bags?

Beth:  I've always had a passion got design and want to eventually design clothes, so I decided to pick something and get really good at it first.

Erica: So how did you pick hand-bags?

Beth:  All the purses with logos really bothered me, so I decided to make one that was plain and classic, not  a walking billboard like the Coach ones with the Cs everywhere.  Louis Vuitton is different because it is art.

Q: How did y'all meet?

A:  Uchenna and I met on a TV movie set.  We were extras matched up as dates.  It wasn't love at first site.  It was however a laugh at first conversation-the rest is history, we've been laughing since!

Q: What made you decide to do the Amazing Race?

A: We looked to this show as an opportunity to do the thing that we love to do most....travel!  What a better way to get a trip around the world and have someone else pay for it!
